A new program called, Neighborhood Stabilization Program, has been structured to help buyers who qualify to purchase a foreclosed home in specific areas of Maryland.
A $50,000 GRANT is provided to assist the buyer if they meet the guidelines required. Call or email us to get more info or visit www.hud.gov.
